2 Timothy 3:5 NLT \u201cThey will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 1 of a 12-part series: Clearly knowing your specific purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the next 12 days I will be clearly setting out how to know your specific purpose in this world. The time is short and it is time for you to rise up and live the very purpose of why I created you. I know this will feel like the instructions are general but if you will take the time to let these next 12 days soak into you and into your spirit I will awaken the very things that you have known for a long time and are now being asked to fan into flame as you move past simply doing what needs to be done in a day and into doing the very thing you were created for. I have been preparing you for this moment for quite some time and you will see that more as you read the next 12 days. Let this all wash over you and seek My specific guidance for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key in today\u2019s verse is not to reject the power that can make you godly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some people are power hungry, but they desire the wrong power. Some people shy away from power because they are concerned about what it will do to them. Do not be like either of these. Instead, recognize that, by definition, I am powerful. If I am not powerful then you have no desire to follow Me because you need Me to be powerful in order to handle all the problems and challenges of your life. I proved my power by the creation and by the resurrection. It is not in question any longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seek My power, not power that will satisfy in this world but power that will carry you all the way through eternity. This power makes you godly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you do this you will find yourself humbled so that I can use you as you have asked Me, very specifically, to use you. You have called out to Me repeatedly to show you what to do and to bring to fruition all that I have desired for you. The power you are seeking will do this and it will feel very different from any power that exists in this world. It is not a power that will come from within you. It is a power that will come through you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember these 2 things above all else that you learn over the next 2 days:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Love Me with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. All of your problems are actually My problems and I will handle them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Come back to these 2 items over and over and over for the rest of your life and your life will never be the same!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
