Acts 26:14 NLT \u201cSaul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? It is useless for you to fight against my will.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isn\u2019t that a strange statement considering how much emphasis I have put on free will?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does this make sense?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is because the free will that is taken into consideration is across all time and I knew what Paul wanted, more than anything else in the world, was to proclaim Me to the nations. If he hadn\u2019t wanted this with all of his mind, heart, soul, and strength then the experience he had on the road to Damascus would not have had the same impact. Paul\u2019s will and my will aligned perfectly\u2026he just didn\u2019t know it yet because he had not experienced Me the way he truly wanted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In your life this is true also. I don\u2019t pay attention to the things that are in the way of your will, of the true desires of your heart. I live outside of time, and I pay attention to the whole of your life and all that I know you want for your entire life. That is where My will and yours connect and you find that it is useless to fight against this will because it is both of ours combined. My will and your free will are put together, and nothing can come in between that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are on a road to Damascus in your life\u2026heading toward destruction\u2026ignoring the true desires of your heart because you think you need to go accomplish something in Damascus know this\u2026I will honor the free will that is within you that is fully formed throughout the entirety of your life, not just what you know to be true right now. I am honoring that right now as you sit in confusion, wondering what you are doing and what I am doing. I am honoring your free will and the true desires of your heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stop resisting!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is useless for you to fight against My will!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe this is a message to us from God, written from His perspective \u2013 Sherri<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n
