2 Timothy 4:18 NLT “Yes, and the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack and will bring me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. All glory to God forever and ever Amen!”
Day 12 of a 12-part series: Clearly knowing your specific purpose.
This verse is very, very, very true! You can see it all throughout the stories in Kings and Chronicles in the Bible! When kings trust Me and really rely upon Me, I come through in powerful ways. Yes, I am unpredictable…I am God and I simply think and behave differently from you and I have a very different perspective than you but that does not mean I do not know or care about your perspective. I do. I am simply taking so much more into consideration than you can because I know the past, the future and the trajectory of every single other person in the world. I am putting it all together to paint the most glorious picture of salvation you have ever seen or known.
What is the biggest evil or attack you are facing right now?
I will bring you safely into the heavenly Kingdom…not for your glory but for My glory which will be much more satisfying to you.
When you are fully ready to be on purpose you will realize that what you desire is so much less than what I desire for you and you will simply let go of it, knowing that My plans for you are significant and the best thing that could possibly happen to you. No matter what it is, no matter what evil comes against you, no matter what you desire or don’t desire you will find that My plans for you will satisfy you like nothing else.
Come give it a try! Yes, I ask you to let go of a lot….control in particular. But you will find that life is so much better when you let go of it all and let Me show you the way.
My love for you will conquer all else. Let Me conquer!
