Exodus 4:22 NLT “Then you will tell him, ‘This is what the LORD says: Israel is my firstborn son.”
Written from God’s Perspective:
Do you know what it means to be chosen by God?
Think about that for just a moment. You were hand selected to know Me, to be here right now and to experience Me right at this moment in time. You are chosen by Me to be loved the way you have always desired so badly to be loved. You have sought Me out through work, family, friendships, possessions, and many other things but you have Me now.
I am here, loving you, giving you what you truly want….Me and My love.
Do you know what it means to be chosen by Me?
It means everything
More than riches or wealth
More than power and might
It means you are held in the palm of the hand of the almighty God. It means you can rely upon and count on all the promises of the Bible without doubt.
What promise in the Bible do you need to be true right now?
Jesus demonstrated, directly, powerfully, and without reserve what it means for Israel to be My firstborn son. He showed you what is possible with a little bit of faith.
Healing, restoration, authority, life – abundant, miraculous financial provision, communion with God. He showed you provision, protection, and love and He did it in such unexpected ways that many people missed it.
What would it mean to you to hear those words spoken over you “This is what the LORD says: _________________________________________ (fill in your full name) is My first born son/daughter.” You are the beloved son or daughter of the Most High King, the all powerful, the all mighty, the fullness of love.
What do you want? What do you really want deep down below the surface wants and desires? Ask Me for this….would I deny My firstborn anything good?
Love at the depth of who you are and how I created you and ask for what you want so that you can live the fullness of being My first born. I will give you a hint…your deepest desires are based on being loved, sharing this love, and getting to use the unique gifts I have given you to build up, encourage, and serve others. That is what is at the deep center of your being.
Let yourself look at this and ask for it. It is yours!
