Hebrews 4:16 NASB “Therefore let’s approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of our need.”
Many people this very day are saying they are simply trying to survive. They are praying, but they don’t know who they pray to or who to believe in.
Are you just surviving today?
Are you on the edge of falling apart?
Does it feel like the world is on the edge of something significant and you don’t know what it is?
Come to Me, whether you know Me fully or not, and ask Me what you need.
Think about it for a few minutes.
What would need to happen in order for you to live life as though you are thriving rather than just surviving? What would this look like? What would it feel like? What are the specifics that you need in order for this to be true?
Many people believe there is some elusive thing that will cause them to feel like they are doing better than surviving but they aren’t clear on what this would even be. They think it will be moving somewhere or living somewhere or a different job or a spouse or baby or a new car. But think about it for a bit. What would it take?
Would it take world peace?
Would it take ending starvation in the world?
Is this what is necessary in order for your life to feel fulfilled and purposeful?
You have a short time on earth. What do you want it to be? What do you want Me to do for you so that it will be what you want. It is easy to look at what you don’t want but looking at what you do want is much harder particularly if you live in a society where failure is not really an option. Failure is only a stepping stone onto the next thing, whatever that will be. It is not the end, it is not what defines you, it is a part of life and you cannot avoid failure or you stop taking risks all together.
Come to Me boldly and ask for what you want? What would make your days satisfying? What would give you the daily bread you desire and what would happen if My will were done on earth as in heaven in your life today? What would this all look like and be like?
Consider it for a moment. Ask for what you desire. If you ask for something and then get it and discover you asked for the wrong thing then simply ask again. I have an abundance of gifts to give you. It is more important for you to come before Me and ask…so much more important.
Come confidently. I like confidence. If it is not warranted or if it is mis-directed, I will show you what you truly want and help you adjust your desire to that. I am that good – I will give you what you truly want, not just what you ask for.
