Isaiah 45:11 NLT “This is what the LORD says – the Holy One of Israel and your Creator: ‘Do you question what I do for my children? Do you give me orders about the work of my hands?”
If I might as a favor…lay down your objections and your philosophies and all that you believe you can work out in your own head for the next 10 days as you read through this series from Isaiah. Just lay them down and be open to simply hearing what I want to share with you. It will change your life if you do because you will begin to see Me differently than you ever have before.
Are you willing to do that?
You are welcome to pick up all of your ideas and theories at the end of the 10 days of study if you would like, or you can leave them behind. It is up to you.
Take Me at My word in this verse. This is Me speaking. I am Holy and I am your Creator. As your Creator, I know you better than you know yourself. Please lay down your questions of what I do for My children – there is no possible way of you actually knowing what I am doing in their lives. Lay down your comments about what you think I should be doing; there is no possible way you can understand the fullness of what is going on and how everything interconnects and the eventual plan that I have.
I know this is hard to hear and it brings up a sense of defensiveness and possibly rebellion and even anger but if you are able to lay down your desire to be God so that I can be God then I will be able to do more powerful things in your life than you can imagine.
