John 16:11 NLT “Judgment will come because the ruler of this world has already been judged.”
The last few days have really juxtapositioned My goodness and the lack of power that the satan has in this world. It has shown My authority, your authority and what is truly going on in this world.
This verse today continues with this theme. The rule of this world has already been judged. It has already happened and he has been judged insufficient and less than he was created to be. The ruler of this world has been rendered powerless because Jesus is all powerful. The ruler of this world stole his authority from Adam and he steals it from everyone who gives it to him.
Take it back. Believe in Me. Believe that I am more powerful than satan and believe that I have given you the authority to use My name for the benefit of the Kingdom, for your benefit and for the benefit of the world around you. Take up your authority against the evil that wants to take your authority and further his kingdom which is a poor substitute for My true kingdom. The satan believes he can come up with a world that is better than the one I created. It is wrong. It cannot see anything good and can only see destruction because it has chosen to destroy itself by opposing Me. Does this make sense. When you oppose Me you are opposing My Will and when you oppose My will you are joining in with the satan to believe that you can create a better creation than I can create. You are saying that you know better than the God of the universe. The God who created, through His words the very sun and moon and stars that bring such awe when you see them. The God who created a universe that extends far beyond what you can even imagine.
Do not be haughty and self-abasing. Do not think that you can create something better than I can imagine or create. It is silly and stupid to believe this, but people express it all the time by trying to control things they cannot control and create things they were never intended to create. I give them a company to run, and they turn it into a greed machine. I give them a country to serve, and they turn it into a place that will glorify and exalt themselves. I give them a family to lead, and they turn it into a group of people who are expected to bow down and cower before them.
Do not be like these. Satan has already been judged and found to be significantly lacking, and he will be expelled from My creation at the proper time. Do not choose to go with him by choosing to oppose Me. Lay down your life for Me (Romans 12:1-2). It doesn’t mean anything if you hold onto it tightly and for yourself. It means everything when you lay it down for Me and for My creation. Believe in Me. Believe that I am good and that I know great and mighty things that I want to share with you (Jeremiah 33:3). Lay down the mud pies that you are creating and pick up the French Silk pie that you so adore to eat. Lay down the small projects you focus on and pick up the glorious projects of the Kingdom of heaven. Stop building your own kingdom that will disintegrate and fall apart over time and build My kingdom which is glorious and mighty and gorgeous, and it lasts forever.
The satan of this world has been judged.
You have been judged. Believe in Jesus so that your judgement may go well for you and for the kingdom. Believe in Him so strongly that all that I share with you in the Bible will begin to make sense. Submit to the things of heaven and leave behind the things of this world. They do not matter long term. They only matter for a moment and then they are judged to be less than they are and then they disappear. Let go of the judgements that you hold onto…trying to prove yourself through good works and doing everything right and believe in Me.
