1 John 3:12 NLT “We must not be like Cain who belonged to the evil one and killed his brother. And why did he kill him? Because Cain had been doing what was evil, and his brother had been doing what was righteous.
Today, I believe Jesus was talking
When you follow Me you will be seen as strange, odd, and weird both by people outside the church and inside the church because many inside the church remain obsessed with fitting in with this world. It is strange….Everyone says they want heaven to come to earth. They recite the words…
Matthew 6:10 KJV “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven”
And yet when I give them a person who knows how to bring heaven to earth they reject them and call them evil. This happened with the Pharisees. They called Me… God’s Holy One…the very best gift possible from heaven, evil and from satan.
This is why discernment is so important. Strange things (strange from the world’s perspective anyway) will happen, and you have to discern if they are good or evil. In the end-times, miracles and supernatural events will happen and you need to be able to discern between good and evil, so you won’t get sucked into the evil (Rev 13:3, 13-14).
Do not be afraid of Me and My people. Do not be afraid of the prophets, the healers, and the miracle workers I send to you. They have been rejected for all time, which is a great tragedy (Jeremiah 29:19). Instead, particularly at this time, ask for discernment so that you know who is from Me and who is not. Even the magicians in Egypt could perform some signs and wonders, but that did not mean they were My chosen people (Exodus 7:11, 22, 8:7).
So many who call themselves Christians and Believers go to people for wisdom and healing who don’t know Me at all. I am the source of all wisdom and healing so how can they provide any true wisdom or healing when they don’t follow Me and proclaim Me as their savior. Stop going to healers who have small miracles but move you closer to evil because they aren’t connected to God through Me. They proclaim Christ but not crucified or not The Way, but one possible way. Stop going to doctors who believe only in science and not in Me. How would they possibly heal anyone in a whole and meaningful way. They may be able to patch the body back together, but they destroy the soul in the process.
And stop rejecting the ones I send to tell you great and mighty things you want to know (Jeremiah 33:3). Ask for discernment. Don’t reject the strangeness carte blanch! Search these people out and listen to them!
Prayer:
Lord, please give me the discernment you talk about here! Amen
