Joel 3:8 NLT “I will sell your sons and daughters to the people of Judah, and they will sell them to the people of Arabia, a nation far away. I the LORD, have spoken.”
Written from God’s Perspective:
When My people turn their back and follow other gods then terrible things happen. We don’t like to look at it that way but it is true.
I love My people so much that I honor their request to stay out of their lives if that is what they ask for, not because I want to leave but because I am honoring their request and showing them what it is like to be outside of My presence.
Please do not take hardship, pain, and suffering the wrong way. I never allow hardship, pain, or suffering unless there is a really good reason for it and I always bring good out of it for those who love Me (Romans 8:28).
As many in inner healing ministries have observed, when someone’s life is falling apart or when there is pain or disease, there is a root for the issue. Do not think I am cruel because I take away the things that you love the most, in service of finding something you want even more. If you have an idol and I take it away, it is not for bad but for good.
This is such a hard subject to talk about because it triggers so many emotions with so many people but look at the overall stakes we are talking about here. My main objective is to bring all of My children home to Me for all eternity. This is where I will be happiest, and it is where all of My children will be happiest. It is how we get to return to the “Garden of Eden” experience we all desire – communion and time together throughout each and every day, absent of evil and sin.
I will spare no cost, no pain, no suffering, no disease to bring My children home to Me. It is in pain, suffering, disease that people begin to search beyond themselves and into the realm where I can be found and that is an essential part of finding your way back from the suffering.
Just as a parent hates setting boundaries with a 2-year-old because they know it will wreak havoc, I hate setting boundaries and allowing really hard things to happen in My children’s lives when they begin to walk away from Me.
The world is so difficult right now because so many people have asked Me to leave…and I am honoring that request. But when I leave, when light no longer fills a space, what is left? Darkness. They don’t know they are choosing darkness, but have to experience it.
But take heart, I am still here, and I am still bringing good from all things for those who love Me and are called according to My purpose. As you hear of really hard things in this world do not be dismayed. A much bigger battle is being fought, and you do not see all of it. It is a battle between good and evil and evil has all hands on deck right now. They know their end is in sight and they are fighting hard against it. Take heart, stay close to Me and do not get distracted by anything else.
If you see that I have taken away people’s sons and daughters (or whatever they love most) know that there is a good reason. I do not do it out of spite, and I do not do it any longer than absolutely necessary. But I do it when it is necessary to reveal Myself and My power to those involved.
Look to your own situation more than to the situations of others. Pray for each other and live from a place of love rather than judgement and it will make this very difficult journey easier.
