Matthew 4:23 CEV “Jesus went all over Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the good news about God’s kingdom. He also healed every kind of disease and sickness.”
As we come into the power available to us through the Holy Spirit we must focus our time, energy, and imagination on the truth.
The truth is My light, My healing, My love. My presence…fully available to you!
Anything contrary to it is false, and yet it looks so appealing in this world. It looks so true and yet, we need to focus on the Truth.
I created your body to be perfectly aligned, and I heal all of your sicknesses and all of your diseases. The truth is you are healed. When you put your focus on the truth it expands the truth…. just as when you choose to look at something in particular it expands the reality of that which you are choosing to see.
For example, if you watch the news and see the same clip of violence or atrocity repeated over and over and over and over again you begin to believe that this violence is happening everywhere and every time you see it, it is as though it has happened again. This is one way to go deep into a rabbit hole.
Watching it once to see what is happening and to remain informed is one thing. Watching it repeatedly is something else entirely.
Balance this with focusing on what else is going on that is good. Do not ignore that which is happening, but do not obsess about it and focus on it exclusively.
This is true of whatever healing you seek. If you have a sore toe and you pray for it, know that it has been healed. Then, when you feel the pain, remind it that it has been healed and focus on the rest of your body that does not hurt. Focus on what is true. 98% of your body does not hurt. 2% does hurt. Do not ignore the 2% that hurts, that is the experience you are having but put it in perspective. Spend 98% of your time in prayer praising Me for the 98% of your body that is perfectly functioning and without any pain and then focus 2% on prayer for the part of your body that is in pain. See what happens!
