1 Chronicles 16:11 ESV “Seek the LORD and his strength. Seek his presence continually.”
You don’t have to have any of your own strength…you may have Mine.
You don’t have to find your own joy or peace…you may have Mine.
When I tell My people to be strong and courageous I follow up with the truth that I am with them. That is where they find their strength and courage.
You don’t have to love from your own strength and being. You can love from Mine.
When you are overwhelmed, concerned, anxious, fully of fear you don’t need to find the answers within your own wisdom or strength…you may have Mine.
Love Me with all that you have, and you will discover that My strength, love, wisdom, power, peace, joy and everything you need is right there with you providing all that you need.
Try it. Let go of your own willpower to do all the things you need to do and allow Me to do them through you. You don’t become a puppet, instead you become the fullness of Me and we do all that we do together. You become more rather than less. I don’t take anything away from you, I give you all that you want.
Come try it. Lay down your body a living sacrifice holy and pleasing to Me (Romans 12:1-2). You can always pick it up again if you need to in the future but give it some time to let Me really settle in and begin working within you.
I am a good God and I love you. You can trust Me!
